Based in SE France or Switzerland - WORK FROM HOME - Contractor Basis - Initially commission based earnings, leading to an additional fixed term monthly fee once operational for the Winter Season 21/22. Thereafter on a similar basis for further seasons / years.  Work to be done year round but hours at total discretion of the incumbent.


This is a unique senior role in a unique seasonal business model. More details will be provided at interview. Qualified applicants are invited to apply for this exceptional opportunity.  Hours of work will be at the complete discretion of the autonomous contractor.  The task and reward is very much "results driven" so this role requires an individual with initiative and drive who wants to effectively run their own business, make things happen and share in the benefits of success.  Possibility of shares in the division and promotion for the right individual capable of being successful in the short and long term.  

We seek a highly ambitious self starter with an entrepreneurial outlook, the ability to develop and drive marketing and sales strategy, assume full command, assemble and motivate seasonal teams and drive excellence within a tightly controlled budgetary framework. 


A serious business person with fantastic interpersonal skills able to deal equally effectively with young untrained entry level staff on seasonal work assignment and with hotel managers, department heads and chefs as well as board level management.


-  based anywhere in South West France or Switzerland within easy drive of the Alps.

-  a marketing & sales AND trendsetting mindset to help get a new venture established in the market place.

-  extensive experience of alpine ski holiday operations required.

-  extensive experience of hotel & resort management required.

-  some experience and skills in marketing and sales within a tourism environment very desirable.

-  language skills in spoken and written French, German & Italian a distinct asset. Fluent English essential.

-  applicants already resident, stable and legally able to work in one of the aforementioned territories only

-  regrettably applicants not meeting those criteria can not be considered.

-  initial interviews via video conference - in person 2nd interviews in Southeast England once travel is possible.
