The bedroom blocks are very well designed and surrounded by well laid out landscaped gardens.


Each has a patio door leading to a terrace area adjacent to and giving direct access to the gardens which are planted with mature trees and shrubs and laid to well manicured lawn.


The entire property is very well maintaned and presented in exceptionally good condition.

A very spacious two storey space with a private entrance, an attractive spiral staircase, open beams, open two sided brick fireplace and a spacious roof terrace area.  This exceptional space is currently being prepared and the owner is about to commence conversion and fitting out of it to become a luxury duplex suite with an outdoor Jacuzzi on the spacious walled roof terrace on the first floor and a private walled garden on the ground floor with access through french windows from what will be the living room.

The spacious roof terrace will have a hot tub built in from which to enjoy the view over the adjacent countryside!

The hotel entrance is separate from the entrance to the restaurant and bar.  Thus there are two main entrances.


The buildings are interconneced for ease of movement between these two areas internally.

Leading off to one side of the bright and spacious main hotel entrance lobby lounge, the reception desk is conveniently located in front of the arriving guest once through the enclosed glazed inner porch.

There is a restaurant area which can be used for breakfast and as a function suite with it's own bar.

Entering through the other main entrance - that of the Restaurant and Bar - one has access to not only the restaurant but also to the large main function suite and meeting rooms.

The property is very well provided with storage and service facilities in all areas including the kitchens and the back of house areas servicing the banqueting & meeting rooms.


There is a well equiped on site laundry room.

The position of the hotel is exceptionally good, occupying a large site with a wide two lane in/out entrance and is set back from the main road.  The major autoroute - the A 26 - provides easy access with a convenient exit approximately half a kilometer from the hotel's front door !
