"the collective aim of Team•LMP is to strive to ensure that customers, the travelling and vacationing public, enjoy exceptional•experiences and superior quality when using any kind of hospitality establishment, by helping business owners to make their operations stand out from the crowd and thereby improve the profitability and the value of their business"
the plus in Leisure Management plus is in the
philosophy about what we do & How we do it
You see in this website images of bonsai trees and a background of a droplet of water in motion.
What we do with hospitality operations is like the art of bonsai and the droplet of water......
The bonsai tree
A bonsai tree represents many, many years of work. Creating, designing, nurturing, fine tuning and continuously improving it from a seedling to a mature finished specimen. It requires planning, careful, methodical and thoughtful design, boundless patience and determination. It can not be rushed and it is a thing of beauty that is never done. If you neglect it it will gradually become sick wither and die.
The drop in the water
The drop in the water is like LMP's unique continuous improvement methods which can make hospitality businesses into award winners, increase their ratings, profitability and hence their value.
A drop in the water has far reaching effect and creates continuous momentum. It can also represent the entry or arrival of a gem of an idea or a small action or series of actions with far reaching and lasting effect. Like the bonsai tree, It too is a thing of beauty. And if you want to maintain the momentum - you have to keep adding droplets. If you stop, the momentum slowly fades until its effect is no more.
If you want a hospitality operation to be truly*exceptional and if you want to maximise its profitability and hence its value, then you have to do the same things. There is no easy solution. It takes time, applied wisdom, determination and skill.
It takes carefully considered methodical and individualised attention. Perhaps many years of work. Creating, designing, nurturing, fine tuning and continuously improving it. It requires planning, careful and thoughtful design, boundless patience and perseverance.
It can not be rushed. It is a thing of beauty that is never done. If you neglect it, it will gradually once again become sick, wither and die. If you want to maintain the momentum - you have to keep adding droplets of ACTION - the right kind of ACTION.
If you stop, the momentum slowly fades until its effect is no more!
